Since the 10th of April 2008, I started a daily work on the self-portrait.
This project echoes the first self-portraits I made in 1989, which were my first exhibited pieces in a gallery, and the beginning of my artistic adventure as a professional too.
At the time, the choice to work on this subject was trying to confirm me in the decision I made. To leave the world of advertising and illustration. In this environment I was only a tool, a technician, a worker who did what was told him to do. I was going to work for me, about me and inside me.
